Laboratory Inspection Preparation Services
Is Your Lab Compliant? Inspection Preparation Services
Our laboratory inspection preparation services identify potential issues prior to federal inspections and serve as due diligence inspections for those seeking to purchase existing clinical laboratories. Our services isolate and address any issues before your upcoming CLIA, COLA, or CAP inspection. These preparation inspections will save you a significant amount of time and effort in the future. They will also help you ensure you pass your CLIA, COLA, or CAP inspection with flying colors.
Here’s how we can help you:
Our consulting team has helped our clients receive zero deficiencies on their inspections. Our services include CLIA, COLA and CAP inspection preparation.
Our Scientific Team will visit your lab on site for a mock inspection to prepare you for your CLIA, COLA, and CAP inspections. We will then supply you with a detailed report with suggestions for improvement and plans of correction for both initial inspection-ready laboratories and for accreditation surveys. Additionally, this mock inspection gives you and your employees an idea of what to expect for your inspections. After our mock inspection of your laboratory, you’ll be prepared and able to run efficiently. Our process includes:
1 – Initial Inspection Ready
2 – Accreditation Inspection Ready
3 – After Inspection – Lab Corrective Action which includes interpreting the survey summary, writing plans of improvement, and consulting on the implementation of Plan of Required Improvement (PRI).
